Japanese gift wrapping

We offer gift wrapping using our original baby pink wrapping paper with a cute star pattern, complete with a "Noshi" —a traditional Japanese decorative band used for celebratory gifts.

[Limit: 1 per order]
The Noshi wrapping service is available for one item that comes in a square paper box only.
If you select this option for an item that does not include a box, the wrapping will be canceled.

In Japan, it is common to include the sender's name on the Noshi.
We print names vertically, so we can only print names if provided in Japanese characters or Japanese romaji (romanized Japanese).
For example, "Smith" would be printed as SUMISU .

■ About shipping

• If you place your order by 8:00 AM, it will be shipped on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be shipped on the next business day.

■ Note

• We may be closed for shipping or responding to inquiries on weekends, national holidays, and long holidays (New Year's, Golden Week, Obon, etc.). Therefore, we will respond in order from the reopening date.
• Please note that if we need to confirm your order, shipping may be delayed.

■ Regarding returns and exchanges <br/>If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the item.

■ Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience <br/>The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs when exchanging items.

■ Changing the delivery address <br/>Changing the delivery address after shipment will incur a fee of 660 yen.

■ We will cover the return and exchange fees due to initial defects or incorrect products.
