Drawstring bag

The sturdy drawstring bag features a cute giraffe illustration and is tied with two layers of polka-dot satin ribbon. Our staff will choose a bag that fits the size of your item, wrap it, and deliver it to you.

• All purchased items will be wrapped together. Depending on the item, they may be wrapped separately due to their size or shape.
• If you order three or more items, the first three will be wrapped at the same price.
• The size of the drawstring bag will be chosen based on the size of the product you purchase.
  There are some items that do not fit in the bag (chairs, baby gyms, cushions, etc.). Please check the product notes.

Other requests: If there are any items you would like wrapped (such as wrapping only one item), please write the details in the "Notes" section when placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please understand that we may not be able to fulfill all of your requests. To ensure accurate wrapping, we recommend placing separate orders for each gift.

[If you purchase the Sophisticated Collection]
The Chic Collection comes with a paper bag and a message card inside the box. The paper bag is sized to fit the product and cannot hold multiple products. When adding the product to your cart, please select the "No processing" option and choose the drawstring bag. All products will be wrapped in a drawstring bag.

Shipping Information (within Japan)
If you place your order by 8:00 AM, it will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be shipped on the next business day.

Important Notice
Shipping and customer support may be suspended during weekends, public holidays, and long breaks (such as New Year's, Golden Week, and Obon). Therefore, we will respond sequentially starting from the next business day. If we need to confirm any details regarding your order, the shipment may be delayed, so we appreciate your understanding.

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product.

Returns and Exchanges for Customer's Convenience
The round-trip shipping costs for exchanges will be the customer's responsibility.

Address Change
If you need to change the delivery address after shipment, a fee of 660 yen (within Japan) will apply.

We will cover the round-trip shipping costs for returns and exchanges due to initial defects or incorrect items.

Important Notice
Even in cases of initial defects or incorrect items, we may refuse returns or exchanges if a long period has elapsed.

Shipping will be from within Japan. Any customs duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.
